Job Description:

  • A Sales Manager that is familiar with the Voice enterprise market and has over 5 years of actual experience of successfully selling voice solutions, both hardware or applications(>$1M) to enterprise customers either directly or through System Integrators.
  • An Individual contributor with multi solution selling experience is preferred.
  • An end-user direct touch person, comfortable in engaging customers directly.
  • Excellent contacts and network with key PBX/UC/Contact Center solution vendors, major SIs and other key players in the market.  
  • Has proven experience to achieve or exceed the assigned annual revenue target and increase market share.
  • The position will be reporting directly to the Regional Director of ASEAN.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, managing and implementing the Company’s sales plans and revenue targets for the country according to the company’s business plans to achieve its annual and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and customers directly.
  • Recruiting and managing channels and system integrators by aligning them to the appropriate enterprise customers in country.
  • Building effective relationships with existing and prospective accounts and selling at all levels within the customer’s organization.
  • Identifying, developing, managing and working closely with business partners to develop sales strategy, tactics and positioning to achieve desired sales.
  • Working in coordination and cooperation with solution architects, product managers, professional services, project managers and other Company resources to meet the objectives of the sales plans for the country.
  • Professionally representing the company with customers, partners and affiliates.

Work Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales position and key member of a local team.
  • Proven success in a similar position within an organization of at least $5M in sales.
  • Experience in selling communication solutions to enterprises directly and through System Integrators, channels and/or OEMs.
  • Ability to engage customers at senior levels.
  • Ability to sell complex multi solution voice systems.
  • Experience in managing direct sales and management of a network of distributors and partners.
  • Minimum requirement of a business/engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in selling managed services or voice applications is an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications industry, customer requirement and market dynamics.
  • High level of English language.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
