Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical/Professional Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, optimizing and supporting our product at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and operation. This role requires a deep technical understanding of both Windows and Linux environments, as well as expertise in Docker and containerization technologies. The candidate must possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Deployment: Install, configure, and optimize our products on customer premises, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment process.
  • Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers also during out of business hours, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Windows, Linux, and containerized environments.
  • Customer Training: Educate customers on product features, best practices, and maintenance, ensuring they are equipped to manage and operate the system independently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including development, support, and product management, to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customer deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve product performance, deployment processes, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements


  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including system administration, networking, and security.
  • Extensive experience with Docker and containerization technologies, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel to customer sites as required and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • The candidate will need to acquire Israeli security certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their associated services.
  • Prior experience in a Professional Services or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience in IP-Telephony (SIP)
