AudioCodes Announces First Quarter 2010 Reporting Date

Lod, Israel – April 12, 2010 – AudioCodes (NasdaqGS: AUDC), a leading provider of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and Voice Network products, will release financial results for its first quarter 2010, reflecting the period ended March 31, 2010, on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, during pre-market hours. On Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, AudioCodes will conduct a conference call to discuss the first quarter 2010 results which will be simultaneously Webcast.  The call will feature Shabtai Adlersberg, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Nachum Falek, Vice President of Finance and ChiefFinancial Officer.
