AudioCodes Announces Second Quarter 2009 Reporting Date

Lod, Israel – July 9, 2009 – AudioCodes (NasdaqGS: AUDC), a leading provider of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and Voice Network products, will release financial results for its second quarter 2009, reflecting the period ended June 30, 2009, on Wednesday, August 5, 2009, after the market close. On Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, AudioCodes will conduct a conference call to discuss the second quarter 2009 results which will be simultaneously Webcast.
