Backend Engineer

Our innovative product, the Virtual Intelligent Customer Agent (VICA), revolutionizes customer interactions by handling complex custom business logic within strict regulatory constraints, significantly reducing the burden on call centers.

We are looking for a long-term relationship with a Backend Engineer, who is passionate about investigating, learning and implement new technologies, as well as be happy to think out-of-the-box going beyond the immediate job description to help where needed.

Responsibilities:

·        Participate in the development of cutting-edge software products.

·        Analyze business requirements and provide precise effort estimations.

·        Implement flexible, scalable, and resilient software solutions in line with current best practices.

·        Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

·        Experience: 3-4 years in complex software product development (server-side).

·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Maven.

·        API Expertise: Strong experience with API-based integrations and REST API.

·        Problem Solver: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

·        Self-Starter: Outstanding self-learning capabilities.

Bonus Skills:

·        Experience with Akka Toolkit

·        Experience with Bot products

·        Experience with Okd\Kubernetes\Docker

·        Experience with Media processing algorithms

·        Experience with NLP\NLU

Education Required:

BSc or BA in Computer Science\Telecommunications Engineering or similar
