Requirements


  • High school graduate 
  • High level of English 
  • At least three years’ experience delivering hands-on technical support in a helpdesk environment
  • Service oriented able to address customer pains while suggesting alternative solutions when appropriate
  • Global employment experience big advantage 
  • Certified PC technician 
  • Microsoft certification a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware, laptops, and peripherals
  • Able to identify, repair, replace and reinstall new components 
  • Familiar with standard anti-virus solutions 
  • Able to identify and address both software and hardware issues
