Description

AudioCodes is looking for an excellent and talented director of legal affairs who is execution-oriented, ambitious and has an “enabler” attitude, to join our legal department in Park Naimi, Or Yehuda (work is hybrid).

Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating wide range of commercial agreements, including service, distribution, contracting, consulting, vendor, logistics, procurement, real estate, software/IT etc. 

- Supporting AudioCodes’ various business activities and objectives.

- Providing commercial legal advice to the company and its stakeholders.

- Implementing and supporting internal governance policies, regularly monitor compliance and privacy legal matters.

- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to the business units.

- Manage legal aspects of the subsidiaries of the company

- Handle world-wide employment contracts and other formal HR processes

- Develop a growing body of legal documentation to support corporate strategy across global subsidiaries

- assist in public company corporate requirements such as drafting and filling of reports, holding board and shareholders meetings, etc.

- Manage one additional lawyer in the department and interact with the GC.


Requirements


- License to practice law in Israel.

- 8-10 years of commercial experience as an in-house legal counsel in a global company (preferable & advantage- telecommunications company) or as a lawyer in a leading law firm’s commercial/hi-tech department.

- Fluent in English and Hebrew (both verbal and written).

- Experience in privacy and data protection laws globally - an advantage
