A key factor for achieving this objective is for all employees to adopt and implement the following principles, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015:
- Compliance with applicable requirements by ensuring that customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.

- Continual improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Identification and management of risks and opportunities that may affect the quality of products and services.
AudioCodes’ management is committed to implementing the above principles and to do the following:
- Take responsibility and be accountable for the implementation and effectiveness of the QMS.
- Establish quality objectives and follow up on the attaining of these objectives.
- Promote the use of a systematic process approach and risk-based thinking.
- Review the suitability and effectiveness of this policy and the QMS on a periodic basis.
- Communicate the importance of an effective QMS and compliance with its requirements.
- Ensure that the resources needed to maintain and manage the QMS are available.
AudioCodes Occupational Health and Safety Policy
- AudioCodes’ management is committed to its employees’ occupational health and safety, committed to comply with all applicable health and safety legislative requirements and to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks.
- To achieve these goals, AudioCodes’ management has decided to adopt and apply ISO-45001 requirements and to establish and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).
- A detailed safety plan will be prepared annually, based on a risk survey. This plan will include the required training, drills and checks to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks.
- AudioCodes’ management will ensure that safety objectives are established and followed.
- AudioCodes’ management will ensure that the resources needed to maintain and manage the OHSMS are available and consultation and participation of workers is constantly done.
- AudioCodes’ management is committed to the continual improvement of the OHSMS.
- AudioCodes’ management will communicate the importance of an effective OHSMS and compliance with its requirements.
AudioCodes Environmental Policy
- AudioCodes’ management is aware of the global efforts invested in reducing damage to the environment and in minimizing the use of scarce natural resources.
- AudioCodes’ management is committed to contributing towards environmental preservation with relevance to its activities and products.
- AudioCodes is committed to complying with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and to do the utmost to meet any other environmentally oriented requirements raised by our customers or by other interested parties.
- To achieve these goals, AudioCodes’ management has decided to adopt and apply ISO -14001 requirements and to establish and maintain an Environmental Quality Management System (EQMS).
- AudioCodes’ management is committed to the continual improvement of the EQMS.
- AudioCodes’ management will ensure that environmental objectives are established and followed.
- AudioCodes’ management will ensure that the resources needed to maintain and manage the EQMS are available.
