Job Summary:

The ideal candidate would be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a mix of technical and business acumen, demonstrating successful experience in the field of Call Recording/Interaction Recording. Successful candidate will become the regional SME for the AudioCodes Call/Interaction recording solutions and primarily be responsible for helping the Sales and Pre-Sales teams in growing AudioCodes Call/Interaction recording business in wider Asia Pacific region.  APAC is a diverse region with different regulations and requirements; Knowledge and the exposure to the regulatory and compliance requirements across different countries in the APAC region will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Recording as a Service market in APAC and establishing yourself as the trusted subject matter expert. Should maintain a good understanding of the industry updates and competitor landscape.

  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of regularity and compliance requirements in different markets within the APAC region, for various industry verticals such as FSI, government, manufacturing, health etc.

  • Assist local sales/pre-sales teams in growing Recording business and closing opportunities by providing recommendations, demonstrating the platform features/functionalities, with RFx responses, meeting strategic customers, customer compliance, security or technical teams and helping with designing the solutions.

  • Assist AudioCodes, APAC business development and the channel development teams to grow the partner network by conducting workshops, bootcamps and trainings.

  • Train and educate the local sales, pre-sales teams on recording in general, product updates, new feature introductions, competitive landscape etc.

  • Overseeing the proof of concepts, driving them to be successful business opportunities.

  • Acting as the central point between the field (Sales, Pre-sales, Support), PLM and engineering for new feature requests, issue escalations etc. in recording related matters.

  • Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue, partner, and end customers targets

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct pre-sales/technical sales space in call/interaction recording industry.
  • Intermediate technical recording industry knowledge and a capacity to learn new technologies.
  • Creative, independent, and resourceful with an overachiever track record. 
  • Strong people’s skills, relationships builder. Able to deal professionally with different personality types and at different levels in prospect’s organizations.
  • Consultative selling style.
  • Teamwork, trust, and openness are key.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of recording regulations, security and compliance requirements within the APAC region is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem in general is an added advantage. 
  • Knowledge in Conversational AI, AI in general is an added advantage
