Course Objectives:
Students are expected to be active participants in the learning process. AudioCodes training for Voca CIC is designed to provide students with experience in configuring and maintaining the AudioCodes Voca CIC solution for Microsoft Teams.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify Voca CIC's benefits and features.
- Understand integrations, deployment options, and licensing.
- Describe Voca CIC's core components and prerequisites.
- Understand Voca CIC's Conversational AI and Auto-attendant features.
- Understand Voca CIC's Contact Center capabilities.
- Configure Voice and Omnichannel Contact Centers.
- Build and configure hands-on labs.
Course Prerequisites:
Students are expected to have an applicable professional practical background experience with:
- VoIP and SIP networking.
- Contact Centers and/or IVRs.
- Microsoft Teams (preferred).
Certification:
- AudioCodes Voca CIC Professional (VCICP).
Additional Information:
- The training is subject to a minimum number of attendees.
- Personal computer with a browser and the ability to install SIP phone application.
- Course CPN: TR-VCIC-PC-S.
Frais
$2200 per seat.
Payment is accepted either by credit card, or Purchase Order (PO) via your registered sales or distribution channel.
Registrants are expected to finalize payment up-to 5 business days prior to the training start date.

Refund policy:
If you wish to cancel your participation, we will refund your payment without fees up-to 3 weeks prior to the event.
Any cancellation requests between 3 weeks and 1 week prior to the event will be subject to a fee of 50% of the training cost.
No refunds will be issued 1 week or less prior to the event.
You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost.
