To receive the files necessary for configuring an AudioCodes Mediant platform, select the appropriate download link according to method of connectivity, target product and BroadCloud geographical zone. The link will lead to the appropriate zip package which includes the following files:
- Firmware file – *.cmp to be uploaded to the device.
- Configuration file – *.ini to be uploaded to the device as a basis for configuring site-specific configurations.
- Tones file – call progress tones file - *.dat to be uploaded to the device.
