To receive the files necessary for configuring an AudioCodes Mediant platform, select the appropriate download link according to method of connectivity, target product and BroadCloud geographical zone. The link will lead to the appropriate zip package which includes the following files:
- Firmware file – *.cmp to be uploaded to the device.
- Configuration file – *.ini to be uploaded to the device as a basis for configuring site-specific configurations.
- Tones file – call progress tones file - *.dat to be uploaded to the device.
*Note that the default tones file is for USA. To download a different tones file, please click here. - INI Viewer and Editor Utility – iniedit-setup.exe
- Syslog Viewer – syslogViewer-setup.exe
For United States, there are two zones defined:
- USA Zone1 – for the following states: AK, CT, DE, DC, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, TN, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
- USA Zone2 – for the following states: AL, AS, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, GU, HI, KS, LA, MH, FM, MS, NV, NM, NC, MP, OK, PW, PR, SC, TX, UT, VI
